Dear Xcerra Support Customer:

Starting on November 16th you will notice the following changes on your Xpedite Help Center Tickets:

1. There is a new field to fill in when creating a New Request, it is the Organization field (LTXC or Multitest)

2. You can get to the secured Xpedite Help Center by going to https://support.xcerra.com, (Note – you will be directed here if you go to the original Xpedite.ltx.com site)

3. The sender name for all correspondences will change from LTX-Credence Customer Support to Xcerra Customer Support

4. Sending in questions and requests to Help@ltxc.com should now be directed to Help@xcerra.com

5. If you have any problems using the Xpedite Help Center, you can send in an email to XpediteSupport@xcerra.com
